PSP Downloads

Pandora's box

Welcome

Hi my name is Luis Herrera

Martin I'm a big fan of the Sony PSP system. I would like to share with you some advice about getting access to tons of legal PSP games. First of all let me say that like most PSP fans out there, I used to buy my games from stores like EB Games or Walmart until I stumbled upon an online game download service, which is fully legal and gives you access to all the PSP games at a flat rate. No matter how many games you get it still costs lower than the price of one game at the store.

I used to buy about 600$ worth of games, from real stores, per year. Having to take the train in and out of town to get to work, I have a lot of time on my hands and naturally the PSP comes out. Normally I finish a game in about a week and then it's time to get a new one. I've also tried getting games from torrent sites, but that's been a headache, because you can't always find the games you're looking for and on top of that it's totally illegal. Personally I don't want the police to come knocking on my door because of some games.

I will review some of my experiences on this page:

1) All PSP Games

What a disappointment that was! The download speeds were horrible; I had time to walk to the physical store and back 3 times before the download was complete and I have a really high-speed internet! Another thing that I did not like is that the site had hidden charges, for my *monthly* subscription, which was automatically signed up to. Taught me a valuable lesson in "read your Terms Of Use" before you sign up to anything. They did have a nice selection of games, but the hidden charges and slow download speeds forced me to go elsewhere. >>>

2) PSP Blender

2) For me the game download service called PSP Blender has been invaluable, since starting using it, I've saved hundreds of dollars and I don't have to go to the store anymore since they have a full selection of PSP titles available online. I was suspicious when I first saw this place, they had a membership fee like the allpspgames.com, I decided to try it because they had 60 day money back guarantee. The place turned out to be good. The download speeds are good and the prices are better than in the physical stores. There was a onetime subscription fee for membership (something like 35$), but there are no other fees for downloads, they give access to a big number of files, like games, movies, music etc. So far everything works well. This place was well worth my money, if I run into any problems I'll update this page. >>>

3) Brick and mortar physical store

Good selection of games, but the prices are very expensive, plus you actually have to go to the store every time you want a new game. The only good thing that I can think of is that you can take that box and hold it in your hands and you get the original packing, instruction manual, and have a hard copy of games. The rest is not good and you need to move your butt to a physical location to get it. Never the less this is the second best thing to do if you're looking for a PSP game. >>>
